Your bank information are encrypted and only circulate online, that means it is crypted to be totally unreadable. Then, bank information are only treated by HIPAY and never in the possession of Monpetitbikini.
Indeed, when you type your credit card number to purchase your items on Monpetitbikini, it's in reality, at HIPAY that you transfer your information and not at Monpetitbikini.
Because Monpetitbikini knows that you can't wait to receive your order, the order is sent on the very day if your order is finalised before 12.30 pm. Otherwise it is sent at the latest the day after (Monday through Friday). Then, you have to add the period of haulier. The orders done on Saturday, on Sunday or on a public french holiday will be treated on the next working day.
- Standard delivery: package with a follow-up, delivered within 48 to 72 hours (working days only). Price: 6.90€. Free delivery over 69€ order.
- Express delivery: delivery within 24 hours (working days, except week ends). DHL Express Price 9.99€.

Here at Monpetitbikini everything is possible! You can exchange your product for any other size or product, or you can get a refund if you don't find anything else you like!
If you desire a refund, all you need to do is to print the return paper and check the box refund. The price to send back the package is at your expense.
To proceed to an exchange, the price to send the package is at your expense but we take care of sending back the new article to you for free! If you want an exchange, firstly you need to send us an email telling us what product you want to exchange it for.
The sales items can't be exchanged but can be refunded. The fees to send back the package are at your expense.

As soon as we receive your returned package, we send you an email to warn you that we received it. At Monpetitbikini we promise you an express refund in a time limit of 7 working days after receiving your package.
● If you pay with Paypal, you will directly be refunded on your paypal account.
● If you pay by Credit Card, you will be refunded on this same Credit Card.
● If you paid by Bank transfer, you will be refunded by a bank transfer after you send us your bank information.
● Concerning the sales items or the ones on promotion, we will give you a credit note usable one year starting the issued date.
An exchange is also express at Monpetitbikini ! As soon as we receive your package, we send back the new article you want by 7 working days.
From the day you send us back your article to the day you receive the new one, it can take up to 10 working days. If you are in a hurry, do not hesitate to recommend it directly on our website and to warn us by email at this address : firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Monpetitbikini everything is possible! You can exchange the swimsuit you had chosen for any other design you like better!
If the article you want to exchange is more expensive, you can pay the difference by bank transfer or paypal.
If the article is cheaper, we will pay you back the difference as soon as we receive your package.
You dispose of 15 days from the moment you receive your order to return your article !

To follow your package, go on our website in "My account", then "History of my orders", then click on the link "Follow the package"
If you requested a delivery in a Relay Point, don't forget to ask directly at the Relay Point itself.
If your order has been validated and paid, we can't cancel it. You will have to send it back to us as soon as you receive it to be refunded or to do an exchange.
Only the orders which the payment is pending (bank transfer), can be cancelled.
As soon as you confirmed and paid your order, we cannot do any sizes modifications.
You will have to proceed to an exchange when you receive the package. If you are in a hurry, do not hesitate to directly do a second order with the right size on the website, and we will refund you the first order as soon as we receive it and send it back.
If you just received a defective item, please contact us by mail or by telephone specifying your order number. We will be able to replace the defective item or effect the reimbursement.
